**About Us**

The Infrastructure Directorate is the City of Stirling’s largest and most diverse Directorate, managing many of the City’s important assets and environmental services while delivering a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects and programs.

This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City’s sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling’s vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods and thriving communities.

**About the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**

The duties of the Project Officer - Parks Capital will include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate all aspects of capital works projects for the Parks and Sustainability Business Unit.
- Project manage and supervise contract works, ensuring quality control.
- Liaise with recreation and sporting clubs, community groups, and residents.

**About You**
- Qualifications in landscape construction, trade/building, or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Extensive practical knowledge and experience in landscape or building.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
- Excellent project management skills, including problem-solving, time management, and financial management.

This temporary/permanent full-time position is a Level 7 Workforce Agreement positions which attract a salary from $96,731 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
