**Infrastructure Directorate**
The Infrastructure Directorate is the City of Stirling’s largest and most diverse Directorate, managing many of the City’s important assets and services while delivering a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects.
This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City’s sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling’s vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods and thriving communities.
**About the Position**
Team Stirling is currently seeking a Fleet Purchasing Officer to join our Waste and Fleet team, providing expert advice and on fleet procurement undertakings at the City. This role works autonomously, under the supervision of the Coordinator Fleet Services, and has responsibility for tender and contract management processes relating to fleet purchasing and workshop activities, ensuring compliance with all legislative and City and Stirling specific requirements.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in fleet management
- Experienced in Local Government procurement practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite
- ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 6 Inside Agreement position which attracts a salary from $85,751 gross per annum plus superannuation.
**To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a**:
- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
