To support this next phase of growth for the Group, we are looking for a recruitment professional to join our People & Performance team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This role will act as a trusted advisor to our Hiring Managers, owning the full recruitment life cycle for while supporting the execution of recruitment strategies that attract high-performing talent. The TA Advisor will play a critical role in scaling teams with quality people with a strong focus on candidate experience.

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes across a broad range of roles within the business. This includes, posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers and supporting with the onboarding of new starters.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Act as a trusted partner to the business by building relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs as well as supporting them through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary.

  • Proactively create a talent pool, taking the initiative to strategically source and actively search talent.

  • Implement sourcing and attraction initiatives including the proactive identification and approach of potential candidates using Seek, LinkedIn etc., and continuously build networks into target talent markets.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role

  • Strategic mindset, with ability to deliver tactically and operationally

  • Driven by values and personal ethics

  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious and proactive
