The Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor – Volume & Hospitality | 12month Max Term

Are you passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment? We're looking for an experienced and energetic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of Crown Resorts by ensuring we attract and hire the best talent across our vibrant hospitality operations.

Focusing on our Volume Hospitality portfolio, you'll support recruitment across a wide range of areas including Front of House, Hotels, Back of House, Gaming, and Food & Beverage. Your work will directly impact the guest experience by helping us build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hospitality roles.
  • Attract, engage, and place top talent to support Crown Melbourne's operational excellence.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Take a proactive approach to sourcing and talent pooling to meet future workforce needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop deep knowledge of your recruitment areas.
  • Champion Crown's values and employer brand throughout the candidate experience.

You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in volume recruitment, ideally within a large, complex organisation or internal TA function.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service through people.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
  • A proactive mindset with demonstrated success in sourcing and pipelining talent.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a drive to continuously improve.
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
