We have one of the most unique offerings in the marketplace, providing advice and support to ensure businesses have someone to turn to when they have difficult Employment Relations and Work Health & Safety issues to navigate.

**To support our growing client base, we are seeking to expand our Employment Relations teams in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.**

Our Employment Relations (ER) Advisors are critical roles to the success of our business as you will be supporting our clients with expert advice across a diverse range of Employment Relations issues.

**What does your day look like?**
- You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business.
- Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.

**Your story so far**:

- You will have minimum 12 - 18 months experience in a similar role (e.g., HR Adviser)
- You will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
- Demonstrated prior experience managing employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
- Prior experience working in hospitality/retail/contact centre is highly regarded.
- Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded, however, we understand working experience comes in all shapes and sizes so we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply.
