Reporting to the Employee Relations Lead, in this role you will be responsible for providing advice and coaching on a range of employee relations matters, leading investigations and case management activities, and supporting strategic and tactical ER initiatives.

Your part in our UnitingCare team
- Coordinate and lead workplace investigations and complex cases, including prepare case management documentation including investigation reports and outcome letters.
- Advise, coach and support leaders and P&C colleagues with ER-related matters, and contribute to capability-uplift programs.
- Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations including preparation, consultation and approval processes where required.
- Maintain appropriate record keeping in relation to all interactions with leaders and employees and case management activities.
- Ensure exceptional ER service delivery, including through accurate and timely reporting, insight and trend assessment, and peer review processes.
- Maintain a current knowledge of human resource and industrial relations frameworks, legislation, policy and practice.
What makes a difference for us?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field, with previous experience in a similar role providing ER and HR advice to employees or leaders.
- Proven experience leading workplace investigations end-to-end and driving successful outcomes.
- Previous experience in supporting informal investigations, including coaching leaders and HR staff Experience interpreting enterprise agreements, HR policies and legislation and providing advice to employees and leaders
