As a Community Relations Advisor at Diona, you will join an experienced community relations team working with one of Queensland’s largest utility providers. You will be provided with the opportunity to further your community relations skillset by working alongside our Project Managers and Engineers in the office and out in the community

Day to day you will prepare communications including project newsletters, community notifications, presentations and other project-related collateral. We look to you to liaise directly with local residents, businesses and stakeholders to identify and investigate community concerns and issues and contribute to their effective management.

Working across Diona’s client base in Queensland, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your enthusiastic and creative approach to project a strong and positive image of our operations to our clients and stakeholders.

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**
- 1-3 years experience in Community Engagement, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
- Tertiary qualification in communications or another related discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Sound negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A customer-centric and proactive approach to stakeholder interactions.
- Experience in the Construction or Infrastructure industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
