**About the Role**

As an **HR Systems Project Coordinator**, you will support the successful delivery of HR system projects by coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring timely achievement of key milestones. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovation and positive change within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate end-to-end **implementation of new HR systems**, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- **Collaborate with stakeholders**to gather requirements and align with business needs.
- Support system **configuration, testing, data migration,**and **user acceptance testing.**
- Maintain **detailed project documentation**and monitor progress.
- Assist with** training material development** and coordinate user training sessions.
- Support **change management**activities for smooth adoption of new systems.
- Ensure **data integrity** and assist with **system integrations**and **troubleshooting**.
- Provide **post-implementation support**.

**Qualifications**
**Skills & Experience**

- 2+ year's experience working with **HR systems** (**Workday**experience highly desirable).
- Exposure to **system implementation** and project coordination in HR or systems context.
- Familiarity with **HR processes** and understanding of system integration concepts.
- **Strong organisational and time management**skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and **stakeholder management**skills.
- Proficiency in** Microsoft Office Suite.**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (desirable).
