**OMS Technical Solution Lead - Initial 6-month contract - Melbourne CBD - Hybrid**

Our client is a renowned leader delivering innovative solutions in their sector, currently involved in some of the largest projects nationwide, and are seeking a highly skilled
**OMS Technical Solution Lead / Project Manager** to join their dynamic team.

In this role, your primary focus will be on
**leading and coordinating the**
**upgrade, implementation and maintenance of the client’s Operational Management System (OMS) and documentation**. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, Solution Architects, design technology platforms, and ensure successful project delivery from conception to closure, adhering to established parameters.

Starting as an
**initial 6-month contract with the likelihood of extension**, this role will be offered on a Hybrid structure with
**3 days office/2 days work from home**, offering
**up to $1150 per day**.
- Commercial experience in implementing an Operational Management System (OMS).
- Proven track record of updating and maintaining an organization's OMS POC Program Architecture Blueprint document.
- Ability to support the consolidation of evaluation and outcomes of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for the Risk and Issues Board (RIB) solution.
- Demonstrated collaboration with diverse stakeholders to design, develop, and support technology platforms aligned with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills in delivering complex projects, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, time, and quality parameters.
- Proficiency in identifying and managing risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
