**Position Description**:
Join one of the world's premier IT global consulting firms as a Technical Lead In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of technical solutions, from design to implementation, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with business goals. Moreover, you'll mentor team members, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor team members and foster collaboration for innovation.
- Manage Azure resources and implement CI/CD pipelines efficiently.
- Develop and optimize React,.NET Core, GraphQL, and SQL Server solutions while ensuring security compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Azure resource management, covering PaaS offerings, storage, and networking.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Azure Resource Manager.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth and other security protocols, with experience in Azure Monitor for system monitoring and compliance.
- Solid understanding of Git and source control processes.
- Deep understanding of React concepts, including Component Lifecycle, Virtual DOM, and State/Props handling.
- Proficiency in TypeScript with React, familiarity with Flux or Redux workflows, and JSX.
- Strong grasp of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, ES6/ES7, and data structure libraries like Immutable.js.
- Familiarity with.NET Core CLI tools and Visual Studio IDE.
- Solid understanding of GraphQL fundamentals, integration with React using libraries like Apollo, and best practices such as pagination and caching.
- Strong understanding of T-SQL programming, database design, normalization, SQL Server indexing, keys, and relations.
