**About the opportunity**:
Hudson Recruitment are currently partnering with a respectable and highly regarded professional services firm based in the CBD. We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join their team, bringing with them the skills, expertise, and dedication to manage a busy reception desk and give an excellent first impression.

**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a 4 floor office.
- Warmly, politely and professionally greeting all visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after.
- Answering internal and external phone calls in the same manner and ensuring their call is directed to the most appropriate person.
- Administering bookings for internal services including rooms, catering and facilities equipment.
- Collection and distribution of mail.
- Administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, photocopying and archiving.
- Taking ownership of the presentation of the reception area and all meeting rooms and boardroom.
- Providing backup administrative support to other roles within the team when required.
- Assisting with preparation and coordination of on-site events.
**Skills & Experience** **Required**:
- Be corporately presented and have a professional telephone manner (essential)
- Demonstrate clear and concise communication (essential)
- Experience working in a corporate office (essential)
- Possess a friendly, positive, proactive approach to your work
- Be adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
- Have highly developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail
