**The Opportunity**

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level confidential support to two of our Senior Executives (Hub Leads) in our healthcare business Amplar Health, to assist them with navigating through all areas of the Medibank business. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities, implementing solutions and be the first point of contact for all day-to-day administrative support to ensure the effectiveness of their daily activities.

In this role, you will also collaborate as part of a broader EA community to ensure that Medibank's senior leadership teams are set up for success.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Proactive diary and calendar management, including negotiating and scheduling meetings as well as travel requirements
- Ensuring your Senior Executives are appropriately briefed & prepared prior to internal & external meetings or conferences including preparing daily briefing packs, meeting packs, and reading packs on a daily and weekly basis
- Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the Medibank Group and liaising with the Group Executive and senior managers
- Developing, updating, and maintaining administrative systems and documentation, including but not limited to expense management, leave requests, and recruitment approvals

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a Personal/Executive Assistant role and can maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and build and maintain positive and effective working relationships. You are proactive, flexible, forward-thinking, and solutions-focussed, with a strong focus on attention to detail and being exceptionally organised.

You will also need to have strong administrative experience, great communication skills, and thrive on being a team player
