**About the role at Ofload**

This newly created role reports directly to our Senior Commercial Manager, and sits within our Commercial team - an essential part of the future growth and success of Ofload. The main objective of the role will be in driving the tender lifecycle, managing commercial contracts with strategic shippers and ensuring appropriate document governance, while constantly looking for opportunities to digitalise the bid and contract management processes for the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
