**About the role**

As a DevOps Lead, Duck Creek, you’ll drive the strategic adoption and evolution of DevOps practices across the Duck Creek platform to enhance agility, efficiency, and operational excellence. Leading a team of DevOps engineers, you'll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, champion automation, and ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable. Collaborating with Agile teams, you’ll embed DevOps into the software lifecycle while continuously improving systems to meet business and technical objectives.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead and deliver a strategic pipeline of work with clear prioritisation and resource focus
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices to drive excellence and continuous improvement
- Mentor the team on DevOps best practices, automation, and delivery standards
- Drive continuous improvement to uplift delivery performance and efficiency
- Optimise CI/CD pipelines, resolving deployment issues and refining workflows
- Lead adoption of Duck Creek DevOps innovations to enhance platform performance

**What you’ll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience working as a senior DevOps / Cloud Platforms / Software Engineer
- Familiarity with Duck Creek tools, cloud engineering, and scaling/monitoring cloud resources
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform
- Excellent grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Octopus and Dynatrace
- Familiar with automated testing and version control systems.
