Our group consists of a range of different brands which cater to different markets, this includes Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, Evo Homes, First Place, Soho living, Marque just to name a few.

We are growing and so is our Service and Warranty team, so we find ourselves now looking for an experienced Service and Warranty Administrator to join us make our customers dream come true.

**THE ROLE**:

- Manage the workflow of a portfolio of jobs.
- Provide customers with updates in a timely manner.
- Scheduling trades and services to resolve any issues.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades.
- Support and assist Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.
- Provide quality customer experience & focus on delivering outcomes.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES**
- Knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
- Well-rounded skillset
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- CERT IV in building and construction highly regarded
