**ROLE**

Reporting to the Installation & Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for creating all purchase orders for subcontractor installation and warranty works. This role oversees the coordination with subcontractors, internal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the installation labour provision process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will also include:

- Raising all purchase orders for the installation subcontractors - following the standard process
- Liaising with subcontractor installers to ensure proof of installation photos are received for each job installed
- In conjunction with the Finance team, reviewing subcontractor installer invoices and following up on any outstanding documentation for jobs
- Following up with subcontractor installers twice weekly for any missing photos for completed jobs - ensuring that this is kept up to date
- Receipting all installation purchase orders once the invoice is received from the subcontractor installer

**YOU**
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Previous administrator or purchase order experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks based on month-end deadlines
- Friendly and engaging while being professional and genuine
