In the role of **_Retail Customer Executive_**, you will join **_the Retail team _**that’s doubling down on **_customer obsession and moving with speed_**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Role model customer relationships and influence customer advocacy
- Deliver Retail performance goals
- Lead the mastery across the **North West Victoria** area of our consistent way of working - the ‘Future of Retail’
- Display your professional performance edge and continue to foster growth through proactive coaching and broader engagement across the community
- Growing business, including our home lending portfolio
- Ensure that our customers and colleagues are protected and safe through excellent risk management, ensure that a risk and compliance culture is embedded in the business
- Lead year-on-year revenue growth, business profitability and main bank / product penetration

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Significant leadership experience, ideally gained in a ‘Leader of Leaders’ role
- Proven ability to influence and inspire a team to achieve outcomes - including commercial success
- Experience of leading a customer-focussed distribution business in a competitive customer environment
- A true ‘Passion for Customers’ and ‘Win Together’ mindset
- An ability to articulate your past strategies, key successes and professional learning opportunities
- Ambition, focus, drive and charisma
- The will and ability to travel across our **North West Victoria**branches is essential
