Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate and investment group with core expertise in shaping cities and creating thriving and connected communities.

We’re are on the lookout for a Property Marketing Executive to provide support to our major urban regeneration projects in Melbourne's CBD working across place, residential, commercial and retail assets. This is a full time, 12-month-fixed term contract, which will report to the National Marketing Manager.

Working closely with the Property Marketing Managers on these projects, you’ll join our passionate and collaborative Development Marketing Team, based at Melbourne Quarter.

What will you be doing?

You’ll focus on briefing and managing internal specialist teams and external suppliers and support the creative execution and management of key marketing initiatives and campaigns. You'll also work with suppliers on developing and rolling out engaging content, public relations, advertising, marketing materials, sales collateral and delivering events and activations in order to drive Lendlease brand and project awareness, sales and customer engagement and loyalty.

We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have demonstrated experience in a marketing or communications related role, preferably in the Property, Retail or Tourism or Hospitality marketing sectors.- You take ownership of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to implementation and post campaign analysis.- You’ll also have hands-on experience in developing content including copy-writing (with digital channels being highly valued)- You bring experience in project and/or account management- You’re passionate about building strong relationships and working as a team- You’re self-driven, collaborative in your approach and able to prioritise multiple tasks/projects
