Personal Assistant

Port Vincent Caravan Park and Seaside Cabins is an award-winning caravan park with accommodation in Port Vincent. The park is situated right on a quiet beach in Port Vincent, and only eight minutes’ walk to the town’s shopping centre and Hotel. A popular holiday destination with nearby walking and cycling trails, year-round fishing, succulent blue swimmer crabs (can be caught in the shallow waters right out the front of the park in the warmer months) and most importantly it is quiet and peaceful. We are seeking to employ an experienced personal assistant to join our business.

Duties to be performed:

- Liaise with staff and suppliers to arrange meetings
- Organise the housekeeping and cleaning of cabins, on-site accommodation, amenity blocks and other facilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Take guest bookings, reservations, and payments
- Calculate guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment
- Prepare and file housekeeping/maintenance reports
- May handle bookkeeping and petty cash functions
- Meet, greet, and farewell guests
- May support maintaining grounds, gardens, and sites of the park
- Organise/Conduct maintenance tasks such as painting and minor repairs
- May supervise other clerical and secretarial staff
- Provide guests with information on local tourist attractions and facilities
- Assist management in marketing and public relations tasks

The position requires at least 2 years of experience, good attitude and communicator, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.

Position: Full Time

**Salary**: $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
