Our Employer Engagement team play a vital role in securing employment opportunities for our clients.

This is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disability, injury or health condition. You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices. You and your team will build partnerships with a large range of employers from small businesses to large corporates and assist them with their recruitment needs. You will also account manage some of our key employers in your area.

You will play a key role in the senior leadership team within Tasmania, and can be based in any of our ESAs state-wide.

This opportunity would also suit somebody with a recruitment background who has a passion for diversity and inclusion. You will also understand what it takes to form real partnerships with business and provide solutions as it relates to staffing.

In addition, you will have the ability to manage and motivate high achievers in a fast paced, outcome driven environment.
