About the Opportunity

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the chance to make a significant difference in people's lives by supporting them in their return to sustainable employment. You will work closely with clients to identify potential career paths and provide guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Utilize your expertise to facilitate the return of individuals to meaningful employment
  • Support clients in identifying future career options or training opportunities
  • Conduct assessments in areas of clinical specialization – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Ensure effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful partnerships
