**So, what will you be doing?**
You’ll hit the ground running by working on two different projects.

Firstly, you’ll be working closely with the leadership team in a cultural transformation and assist with the relocation of several physical collections.

Secondly, you’ll be mentoring an existing group of teams involved in Maritime operations for our organisations’ scientific research vessels.

**Sound good? You might be wondering what skills you need?**
- Relevant trade certificate/diploma/bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Change Management.
- PROSCI trained or the ability to work with the PROCI methodology
- Proven ability in conducting objective change analysis and assessments including impacts, stakeholders, readiness and risk to inform evidence-based change plans and communications.
