A leader in their field, this organisation is seeking an IT Change Analyst on a 6-month contract, for their Hobart-based office. Employing over 1300 people, this organisation places high value on finding solutions for their customers, and promotes an inclusive workplace.

**Your new role**

As the IT Change Analyst, you will provide change expertise to influence, develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans across the Information Processes and Systems’ group portfolio. Supporting and advising on projects, this role will see you actively engaging with project managers, change managers and the management team to deliver sustainable change outcomes.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within an IT Change Analyst role. Having a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, you will be a detail-orientated, self-starter who has a strategic way of thinking.

Technical change analysis, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills essential for the role.
