**Customer Service Advisor**.

**About Us**

**Daimler Trucks Laverton **is one of Australia’s largest Daimler Truck dealerships and a part of the Velocity Truck Centres. Daimler Trucks Laverton retails Fuso, Freightliner, Mercedes-Benz trucks and Mercedes-Benz vans. You will be based in our newly established, state-of-the-art dealership in Truganina. The dealership features the very latest in showroom, workshop and parts technology providing dedicated sales.

**About the role**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
- Organising bookings and service enquiries
- Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
- Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Team attitude and ability to problem solve
- Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised
