Marketing Specialist

A full-time position to support business growth, for immediate start.
The key requirements will include the ability to
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with PK (Pancake Kitchen)
company objectives
- Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive customers to our restaurants
- Manage the company's market presence, including marketing campaigns for clients as well as
current and potential franchisees
- Conduct thorough market research to identify market opportunities, consumer preferences and
competitor activities
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, representing the company to foster networking
opportunities and strengthen brand recognition
- Creating and publishing marketing content in the media and various platforms
- Track and analyse performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and identifying
areas for improvement and optimisation
- Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with business
objectives
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources.
