**Receptionist / Leasing Assistant (Rapid Career Growth Opportunity) - Bilingual**

We are a vibrant and professional real estate company seeking a Receptionist / Leasing Assistant with growth potential to join our team This position is more than just a front desk or leasing assistant role—it’s an exciting starting point for a successful career in the real estate industry.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating client communications
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of property management documentation, such as tenancy agreements, condition reports, and maintenance requests
- Maintaining detailed and accurate property records, databases, and filing systems
- Handling general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organising office supplies
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the property portfolio

- Good communication and expression skills in both English and Chinese.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Warm, friendly, and an excellent communicator, you make clients feel welcome and valued.
- Strong Learning Ability: Eager to develop professionally, adaptable to the fast-paced real estate industry.
- Team Player: Willing to support team members and grow together with the company.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Must have a strong ability to learn and progressively acquire relevant skills on the job.
- Work Attitude: Diligent, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of accountability.
- Independent Thinking and Skills: Able to think proactively and work independently, proficient in using office and graphic design software.
