About the role

We are looking for a Capability & Learning Consultant to create a high-performance culture by designing, coordinating, and delivering inclusion, engagement, and learning strategies. Based in Melbourne, you’ll support core people processes, programs, and platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions, through consultation and Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
- Design and produce innovative digital/e-learning products using tools like Articulate.
- Maintain program materials in knowledge repositories and utilise Workday as an LMS.
- Measure program success through feedback, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other learning measurement tools.
- Continuously enhance content and delivery methods based on feedback and industry trends.
- Facilitate learning sessions (in-person, virtual, or e-learning) and mentor leaders on adult learning principles.

About you

What you’ll bring to the table
- Expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning and development solutions, with knowledge in best practice instructional design.
- Experience in a generalist P&C role within corporate or operational environments.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in P&C frameworks, including talent and leadership development.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and analytical skills to interpret insights and recommend actions.
- Familiarity with Workday LMS or similar LMS coupled with experience using e-learning products, (e.g. Articulate)
- Understanding of business strategies and aligning P&C initiatives to goals.
