We are currently seeking experienced in Student Services and Reception duties to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is Australia's leading animal services education provider based in the Melbourne Central Business District. We are a values-based organization offering accredited AQF training products from ACM and BSB training packages. Our international and domestic students are our principal focus on which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.

**Position Type**: Part time/Full time

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- High level of attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the campus tidiness, including organizing resources, classroom setups, ensuring campus cleanliness, and abiding by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Warmly welcome visiting Students and Parents, providing comprehensive information and consultation about the Academy.
- Offer continuous and high-quality student services throughout the student's academic journey, including enrolment procedures and academic progress monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, fostering a positive work environment and providing necessary administrative support to faculty and staff.
- Actively assist in organizing and participating in various academical activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingualism is preferred: Chinese and English
- Exceptional execution skills and professional ethics, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Outgoing and cheerful personality, reliable in work, capable of handling diverse and detailed tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt flexibly and handle situations promptly.
- Strong learning ability and some understanding of the latest trends and dynamics in the education industry.
- Prior relevant work experience in the education industry in an administrative RTO position will be given preference.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
