Conditions for Success:
- 6+ Years PQE in Personal Injury - TAC, Work-Cover, Motor Vehicle Injury, Public Liability
- Able to work collaboratively and support each other.
- Empathy and Confidence - Understand that clients you’ll interact with will have often experienced trauma. As such, your approach must be intuitive, reassuring and confident.
- Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail - expert analysis and approach to cases.
- Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
- Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
- Plaintiff-based work only
- Take on a broad range of PI work in most areas
