**About the role**:
A nationally established law firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Associate. The role will focus primarily on personal injury and property liability matters and will develop your skills as a solicitor through novel and complex legal cases, with the support of structured mentoring and training.

**Conditions for Success**:

- Minimum 4+ Years PQE practising as an Australian Lawyer, with experience in property liability & personal injury claims
- Tailored & Adaptive Approach - proactive, innovative, outcome-focused and professional acumen.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail - adept analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills.
- Experience in Business Development & Maintenance - readily able to establish relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
- Empathy and Confidence - Understand that clients you’ll interact with will have oftentimes experienced trauma. As such, your approach must be intuitive, reassuring and confident.
- Able to work autonomously, and in a team where necessary.

**Your Duties**:

- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
- Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Keep in view the wider perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Your primary focus will be personal injury and property liability claims and report to the Principle of the team.
