An elite Australian law firm is seeking a talented
Dispute Resolution Lawyer (2–4 years PQE)
to join its growing Melbourne team. With exciting growth plans and a supportive team culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile matters that shape the legal and commercial landscape.

Position Description

As a Lawyer in this team, you will gain exposure to complex disputes across a variety of industries, working closely with experienced senior lawyers and benefiting from hands-on mentoring.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory investigations and litigation strategy.
  • Drafting and preparing court documents, advices and submissions.
  • Conducting detailed legal research and analysis.
  • Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing, collegiate team.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a lawyer with:

  • 2–4 years PQE in dispute resolution or litigation gained at a top-tier or leading firm.
  • Strong drafting and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a keen interest in complex disputes.
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
