Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking another experienced **People & Capability Advisor **to work collaboratively, sharing the legwork and the limelight, to assist with the delivery across the group of a range of human resource functions and recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR skills and knowledge within a team that is dedicated, supportive and fun.

**THE ROLE**

Based at our Newcastle office, you will be responsible for undertaking an array of tasks including, but not limited to:

- End-to-end recruitment
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Contributing to document and procedural review and development
- Supporting employees to understand and access employee benefits
- Identify and implement improvements around the HRIS

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have completed some level of formal training in human resources, or relevant discipline.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a human resources role, including recruitment.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Relish variety and working flexibly with the team to reach bigger picture goals.
- Competent working in multiple HR platforms.
- Have a positive outlook and enjoy interacting with, listening to and assisting people.
