- Managing teams by recruiting, training, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by satisfying their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Analyzing budgets, prepare annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring sales team meets their set goals.
- Developing pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and consumer expectations.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets to maximize an organization's sales and enhance customer loyalty.
- Creating strategies to promote company's products and services to wider clients.
- Increase company's brand image and brand loyalty to reach wider clients and investors.

**Relevant Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- At least 5 years in marketing related field or work within similar role.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Analytical skills -Creative thinking
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organized, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 5 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
