We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Mid-Market Account Executive.

Job Description:

This key member of our sales team will be responsible for generating new business and contributing to the success of our current sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong work ethic, high degree of confidence and self-motivation, sound judgment and high emotional intelligence, embracing outbound activity to generate new pipeline, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Executing and optimizing sales processes from lead to close
  • Building a deep understanding of iTradeNetwork's value proposition to ensure all customers are being serviced adequately
  • Actively discovering customer details, goals, and pain points and aligning iTrade's value proposition to solve those pain points and align to goals
  • Overcoming common objections through calls, emails, meetings, presentations
  • Providing ideas and insights back to sales leadership
  • Participating and contributing to the success of account teams selling, including solutions consultants, SDRs, product managers, and sales leadership
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts to management and updating the CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Expanding mid-market supplier customers by replacing competitive or manual trading partner connections with iTrade
  • Expanding integrations with existing customers
  • Responding and executing on inbound leads in a timely manner and optimizing potential expansion with each inbound lead

You will be working closely with the supplier success function, product marketing, solutions consulting, as well as the sales leadership team, to provide feedback on strategy and operations to ensure our clients experience is exceptional from the initial point of contact through to delivery of the product.
