Base pay range$105,000.00/yr - $118,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Marketing & Communications Manager This exciting role will be responsible for building strong community and industry partnerships, particularly in the Southeastern United States, to enhance the company's presence in the solar market.
Responsibilities include organizing facility tours and events, managing digital marketing channels, developing sales and marketing collateral, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
The role also involves creating content, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining industry awareness.

market Organize and lead facility tours and events for clients, stakeholders, and local communities Represent the company in local and solar industry groups to strengthen community ties and reputation Collaborate with marketing to support internal and external communications initiatives Assist in developing and executing the annual marketing and communications plan Create and maintain sales collateral such as brochures, data sheets, signage, and trade show materials Work cross-functionally to assess and improve campaign performance Lead strategic marketing initiatives with key partners to enhance market positioning Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content updates Develop content for newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing materials Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media for relevant insights Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field5+ years of B2 B marketing or communications experience is required (manufacturing industry is preferred)Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and design tools (Photoshop, In Design, Canva)Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills are required CRM experience (Microsoft CRM or Salesforce) preferred Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and adaptability.
