About St Luke's Care
St Luke's Care is an iconic private health organisation transitioning to become Australia's First Holistic Campus for Ageing Australians. Having served the community for over 100 years, St Luke's Care provide preventative health solutions with our private hospital, residential aged care facility (Lulworth House), Active Life Studio and strong community programs. Onsite there is also a hydrotherapy pool, two rehabilitation gymnasiums, home care services, a sleep centre and a specialist clinic.
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented marketing professional to join St Luke's Care at an exciting time as the business executes its strategy of becoming Australia's First Holistic Campus for Ageing Australians. The position will lead the design and delivery of the marketing activity for all of the St Luke's Care business units and will report to the Chief Operating Officer. This will include a full mix of B2B and B2C marketing tactics including digital and social media management, copywriting, database and sales funnel management and general business support from a marketing perspective
throughout
the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, direct mail and other related mediums
- Write copy for marketing material such as newsletters, annual reports and collateral as required by the organisation
· Management of the websites for all St Luke's Care businesses
· Support the production of all marketing materials and newsletters
· Working with HubSpot (experience preferred)
About you
This position requires a mid-level marketing specialist who has aspirations of leading a marketing department. To be considered, the following experience is required:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role
- Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, with strong skills in social media, EDM, content management and copywriting
- Experience working successfully as part of a team with the ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs near public transport, this role offers a hybrid working model with flexible work hours.
