We are a leading full-service marketing firm, specializing in Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our clients' brands, engaging directly with our client & marketing team in the office as well as the sales team & customers in retail locations. The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, promote products, and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, promoting and creating accounts, assist existing customers.
  • Create a positive customer experience by answering questions and providing product information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products, staying updated on their features.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet targets and drive overall team success.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Outgoing and friendly working demeanor with store associates, customers, and co-workers
  • Experience in retail customer service, restaurant/food service, hospitality, customer service, customer relationship management (CRM), client relations/client services, direct marketing, promotional marketing, and associated fields are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of people
  • Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
