We are seeking 2 professional Customer Solutions Officers to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week (25 hours).
- Position: Contact Centre Officer
- Job Type: Contract
- Hours: Part Time - 25 hours/week
- Pay: $44.65/hour + Super
- Location: Barwon
- No outbound calls All in bound calls, providing exceptional customer service to the local community.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Effective Communication**: Interact with customers over the phone, conveying information clearly and providing accurate and helpful responses.
- **Problem Solving**: Assess and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the company's offerings to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- **Patience and Empathy**: Handle inquiries calmly, demonstrating empathy towards customers' concerns.
- **Adaptability and Multitasking**: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in an Inbound Call Centre environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to challenges in a changing environment.
- Effective problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Understanding of retail energy market and regulations is an advantage.
- Must be fully vaccinated and have full Australian working rights.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
