**The Role**
Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing the phone lines and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and customers to the office
- Booking appointments
- Stationary orders
- Basic invoicing and accounts assistance
- Diary and meeting management
- Admin duties as required
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
- **Location**:Brisbane CBD
- **Salary**: $30/hour + Superannuation

**You**
As a Receptionist you will have:

- **Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role**:

- **Interest in the industry is highly regarded**:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility in your approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Calm and approachable demeanor
