**The Role**
We are looking for an organized and proactive **Office Administrator** to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and a vital support for our advisers, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills who enjoys managing a variety of tasks, from coordinating appointments to handling client inquiries and supporting our team with daily administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reception & Client Management**: Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Schedule client appointments, manage team calendars, and support meeting preparations.
- **Document Management**: Maintain accurate client records, manage file systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Office Operations**: Order supplies, handle mail, and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to our advisers and team members, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
- Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle confidential information professionally.
- A customer-service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner.
