**About You**

We are looking for a creative and experienced kitchen designer/sales person who has the ability to develop strong rapport with clients and grow sales. Dedicated and strong sales skills will empower you to assist clients and guide them through their design, product selection, product information, quoting, order preparation and project management. This position is open to designers with prior experience and is not suitable for entry level.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales and strong closing skills
- 2+ years of kitchen and wardrobe design experience
- Proficient knowledge of kitchen design, hardware and decorative finishes
- Domestic building, design and construction experience
- Computer literacy across CAD /Cabinet Vision, or similar design package
- CNC integration and production supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Great problem-solving skills

**Key responsibilities**:

- Sales generation
- Designing kitchens, wardrobes, and bathroom renovations
- Minimum 5 appointments per week from leads you have generated
- Project costing and budgeting
- Project management
- Collaborating with trades to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Successful team member will have the following skills and attributes**
- Accuracy in measurements, design and execution of installations
- Presentation of design concepts to client and working drawings to trades
- Broad understanding of installations processes and building standards
- Eagerness to strive and exceed sales KPIs
- Exceptional computer and presentation skills
- "Hands on" approach

**Package**
- Salary
- Commission on sales - uncapped
- Sales oriented position with KPI's

**Showroom Hours**
- This position is full time
- Saturday is a compulsory work day (Saturday 10.00 - 4.00pm)
- Showroom Hours (Mon
- Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm) (Saturday 10.00 - 4.00pm)
- Some in home appointments will be after hours

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
