**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service & Sales Coordinator to join our high performing team in Melbourne.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in coordinating the day to day duties for the workshop, field service departments and product sales.

Within this role, your responsibilities will include;
- Support the flow of work through the Workshop and Field Service Team
- Provide internal support for the Sales Team
- Engage directly with customers and gain an understanding of their needs
- Prepare and submit quotes to customers
- Generate sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor and expedite Work in Progress and Sales back orders

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Customer focused with previous experience within an Workshop or Sales role
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate MS Office skills (including Excel)
- Able to work well autonomously and within a team
- A desire to develop your career within the BFP business.
