The opportunity:
To do this successfully you will:
- Analyse business performance against the agreed strategy, industry trends and existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations- Be a key adviser to the D&P Leadership Team across all elements of business performance- Use analytics to provide business insights to identify potential approaches that support business growth opportunities- Communicate and present the results of the analysis and suggest business initiatives to the D&P Leadership Team- Manage the annual strategic planning process including analysis and facilitation of planning and strategy development, approval and implementation- Develop business cases for new opportunities to deliver VoNB growth, with a focus on HLBL and development of new distribution models, including digital- Broad relationship management with key stakeholders across all channels- Lead and develop the team to drive exceptional delivery of key outcomes across the entire portfolio- 10 years insurance strategy, distribution, adviser and/or management experience- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills- Strong leadership experience- Experience across multiple disciplines
