Hunter Executive are pleased to be partnering with Pacvac, an established market leader in Australia in search of an exceptional Head of Business Services to lead their Financial, Legal, IT, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance functions, as they embark on exciting expansion plan.

**About our client Pacvac**:
Pacvac is an Australian cleaning technology leader, with a rich history dating back to 1978.
As our Head of Business Services, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the executive leadership team and doubling the business in the next 5 years, exploring untapped markets in the UK and Europe.
Pacvac's product excellence is evident in their global distribution to over 23 countries and their reputation as leaders in backpack vacuum technology. What sets them apart is not just their innovative products but their world-class customer service and forward-thinking, technology-driven approach that aims to reshape the cleaning industry.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 10+ years of financial, commercial, or equivalent industry experience (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- A forward-thinking mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Previous experience and commercial knowledge of international operations, ideally the UK
- Master of Business Administration (Desirable)
- Expertise in business strategy development, financial modeling, and performance management
- Strong people leadership and engagement skills

**As Head of Business Services your key responsibilities will include**:

- Shaping and executing the overarching Financial, IT, Legal, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance strategy
- Providing vital financial information and insights to support decision-making
- Managing budgets and tracking progress against strategic objectives
- Ensuring compliance with financial, IT, Legal, Procurement, Warehouse, and Governance policies and procedures
- Identifying and mitigating risks in alignment with the organisation's Risk Management Plan
- Developing KPIs for your team and facilitating their growth and development
- Managing mergers, acquisitions, and all financial reporting
- Negotiating with external partners to enhance financial opportunities
- Overseeing commercial decision-making and margin analysis
- Fostering industry relationships on behalf of Pacvac
- Promoting a safe and healthy workplace
