**Join the team**

Reporting to the Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering large scale marketing campaigns from end to end. Kmart is a great place to further your marketing career, offering the opportunity to see your work come to life across multiple media platforms and work with best-in-class creative and media agency partners.

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of retail categories and be part of a high performing supportive team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As the Campaign Marketing Specialist you will:

- Deliver marketing campaigns end to end.
- Engage all key stakeholders throughout activity process.
- Ensure campaigns are optimised to increase transactions and improve brand metrics.
- Execute campaigns on schedule and within budget.
- Evaluate the success of campaigns and provide recommendations and learnings for future campaigns.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 1-3 years’ experience in the marketing field with a strong understanding of the media landscape (ideally digital media)
- Retail background is preferred (not necessary)
- Visionary thinker but also pragmatic and efficient doer
- Proven ability to work effectively in an environment of high activity, competing priorities and time pressures.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills, including using data and insights to drive recommendations
