Senior Digital & Campaign Marketing Specialist
to join our Customer Experience team at our Mulgrave head office. This is your chance to lead high-impact digital campaigns, shape digital contents, and drive measurable results in a role where strategy meets creativity.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to):

• Own the digital initiatives – design, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising
• Turn data into decisions – monitor performance, analyse results, and deliver actionable insights
• Be the connector – coordinate agency relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns hit the mark
• Tracking budgets like a pro – forecast, track, and maximise ROI
• Shape the message – guide content creation and ensure brand consistency
• Optimise the experience – work with web teams to enhance UX and conversion
• Report with clarity – deliver insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years' proven experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and analytics.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and act on data insights.
• Skilled at managing external agency relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Solid marketing project coordination experience with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and campaign performance tools.
• Experience tracking and coordinating budgets with a focus on maximising ROI.
• Track record of executing digital campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent project coordination, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
