**Joint the team**

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our Performance Marketing strategies to maximise paid channel's performance and ROI through data-driven strategies and optimisations.

**What you’ll be doing**- Oversee the day-to-day performance management, collaborating with media agencies and internal stakeholders.- Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across various digital channels- Analyse campaign data to measure performance, track KPIs and generate actionable insights, providing regular reports to stakeholders- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximise ROI while ensuring cost effectiveness across all campaigns- Work with cross functional teams and agencies to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts

We're looking for an analytical and driven individual who will bring their wealth of experience in the Performance Marketing space. You will have a passion for and proven experience in transforming and creating best-in-class experiences within a digital and customer-oriented business.

We'd also love you to have:
- Proven track record of successfully managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including (but not limited to) SEM and paid social- Demonstrated experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency, retail company or similar environment- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in performance marketing and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.- This highly collaboratively role will require exceptional stakeholder management across cross functional teams within the business.- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
