**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**You will be joining the Kilcoy Global Foods Head Office central services team as a manager for the Accounts Receivable national team. You will report to the Head of Accounting and Controls, proactively contributing to the achievement of overall business objectives, including day-to day and month end management and coaching of the Accounts Receivable transactions team for Shared Services, ensuring that this area of the business is efficiently executed, expertly managed and effectively controlled.**

**ABOUT YOU**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management of a team of up to six Accounts Receivable professionals across multiple sites.
- Responsible for the AR Master files and all related compliance and controls, including credit management and timely receipting according to customer terms.
- Continuous business process improvement, as well as management & embedding process changes across business departments.
- Effectively liaising with internal stakeholders and managers within the business.
- Reporting, both internally and externally, delivered timely and accurately.
- Consolidation of an AR shared services team across all entities.
- Roll out / embedding new financial systems, including developing manuals / procedures and delivering training.
- Month end management including reporting, balance sheet / GL reconciliation and ensuring any concerns / discrepancies are addressed and resolved.

**You will bring with you**:

- Experience using an ERP system for financial recording, reporting and management ie. ORACLE, SAP, Dynamics.
- Substantial experience working in Accounts Receivable for a large organisation with a high volume of transactions in closing ledgers and a structured accounting cycle.
- People management experience.
- Strong expertise in the fundamentals and principles of financial accounting.
- Experience in implementing new procedures, processes and policies.
- Intangible qualities include - team player, positive, calm, dependable.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor of Commerce or related business degree.
- CA / CPA qualification.
