Are you an ambitious and talented Development Manager looking to take your career to new heights? GemLife, one of Australia's most esteemed developers of luxury over 50s residential resorts, is seeking a Development Manager to join our Special Projects team. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Gold Coast, our state-of-the-art head office in Helensvale is the perfect place to showcase your skills and make your mark on industry-leading projects.

As a Special Projects Development Manager at GemLife, you'll have the chance to work on prestigious projects designed to exceed all expectations. Picture yourself proudly putting your name on projects built to exceptionally high specifications. The first project consists of eight (8) three storey residential buildings yielding 206 apartments, a central 6000m2 “clubhouse” building and all associated site and civil works. The site is located at Currumbin Waters - Southern Gold Coast. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the delivery of our diverse and expanding project pipeline.

**The Ideal Applicant**:
We're looking for a trailblazer with a passion for development and construction. With a relevant bachelor's degree in property economics, business, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of Development Management Experience across various project life cycles, you'll be well-equipped to thrive in this role.

Are you an adept project manager with a proven track record of handling projects worth $5 million or more? Your skills in end-to-end project management, cost planning and control, procurement, and contract administration will set you apart.

Your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including our civil and building teams, is critical to ensuring that our projects not only meet but surpass expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As Special Projects Development Manager at GemLife, you'll be at the forefront of driving project success. From managing consultants and contractors throughout the approval processes to leading and motivating our multi-disciplinary teams, your adaptability and collaborative leadership style will be instrumental.

You'll be responsible for maintaining alignment with strategic objectives across multiple related projects, showcasing your creativity, analytical thinking, teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving prowess.
