**DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS**:
Cyrus Rugs is the largest independent Rug retailer in Australia, first commencing business on the Gold Coast in 1988. With a rich heritage spanning over three generations, Cyrus Rugs has been at the forefront of the rug industry in Australia since 1989. Shop in-stores in or in 20 store locations Australia

We need Sales and Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager to perform the following tasks:
1. Lead a team of 10 managers including 10 supervisors and 100 assistants in 20 Store Locations in Australia. Lead, motivate and manage the sales managers’ team

2. Plans policies and strategies for sales, marketing & advertising,

3. Plans policies and strategies for B2B relations,

4. Implementing the policies and strategies developed for advertising, public relations and B2B relations

5. Developing initiatives for innovative products and services to give intense competitions to competitors in the industry,

6. Area wise analysis and arrangement for sales activities to improve effective and efficient customer services,

7. Review area wise sales activities to meet the quarterly/monthly targets,

8. Review the managers’ sales performances. Direct, control and co ordinate the managers’ performance.

9. Implementing sales methods by setting competitive prices and attractive features on the products and services.

10. Conduct research on the consumer attitude towards the company’s products and services,

11. Monthly report to CEO/MD/Head of Department on the policies developed and implemented. Detailed analytical report on inflation/deflation of the sales area wise. Summary of marketing strategies to be adopted to inflate the sales.

12. Research and explore the industry trends and economic conditions,

13. Identifying new trading opportunities,

14. Developing and implementing sales & marketing campaigns,

15. Manage the organisations website, newsletter and other communication channels. Develop the social media platform of twitter, facebook. telemarketing, electronic direct mail, digital marketing, and personal sales

16. Manage the production of promotional literature - brochures, flyers etc

17. Sponsorship and exhibition sales

18. Reporting on initiatives and campaigns

19. Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.

20. Recruit managers, junior managers, advisors and assistants,

**Education**: Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in relevant field of study

**Australian Experience**: At least 5 + years of Australian Experience OR

**Overseas Experience**: At least 5+ years of Overseas Experience

**Specialist**: Business Development Manager

**Work Rights**: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
